Being a vivid fan of what Mr Laplaine, I can only say that he did it again. This time setting up claustrophobic environment where the outcome only can be one thing he holds you in his grip until the bitter end. Highly enjoyable & recommended!

I loved it i love the author and i love Keeno- the main character in this series, that about sums up my review!
In my humble opinion Real Laplaine is actually better than Harlan Coben and/or Nelson Demille. Try his books and i believe you will agree.
Keeno is a mans man, its miraculous that he and his partner are even alive. But he is smart, quick witted and gets the job done- HIS way.
THE ONE is the latest in a series that will actually make your stomach tighten as you whip thru the pages!
Each and every one of Laplaines books are treasures to be read. Not JUST the Keeno series. he makes the slightly possible become incredibly probable and does not let go of one iota of the readers interest.
