Finn Baas, a Dutch investigative journalist, living in Rotterdam, Netherlands, was enjoying his sleep that Sunday morning, when a loud knock woke him. A delivery service handed him aRéal Laplaine package which contained a strange-looking disc, a small card and a consent form. On the card is an invitation for him to participate in a sociological experiment starting that very morning.

His girlfriend, Evi, a beautiful model and strong-headed individual, insists it is a scam or a weird reality tv show, but Finn, driven by an insatiable curiosity, decides to do it anyhow. Evi finally concedes and they both engage in what turns out to be an intriguing interaction, hosted by a holographic projection of an AI generated woman, along with eight other participants from across the globe, one that deep dives into subjects covering the entire human spectrum; from religion to politics, equality to sexual abuse, sociopathic leaders and war, and the very essence of who we are as a race; all of it culminating in a bizarre ending that no one could ever have seen coming, moreover, changing both Finn and Evi in ways they never expected.
