When the "king" falls - when Trump stumbles for good - who takes over?

Donald Trump will eventually stumble for good, leaving behind a catastrophic “reign” as dictator; more wars started during his presidential term than any president in American history, more international broken alliances in its history as a nation, and more neo-Nazi supporters cheering him on as he destroys the very notion of democracy. A man who comes out with statements like…
“All the people that died through the roadside bombs - died and are right now walking around with no legs.” (referring to American soldiers in Iran)
Or his comment about any six year-old girl can give it to you… (WHAT?!).
We need to keep in mind that when he does disappear from office, hopefully very soon, when his crimes catch up with him, the next in line is J.D. Vance, an equally narcissistic neo-Nazi racist who will diligently and loyally continue the reign of terror.
To avoid that, what is left of the American judicial system, those who have not been compromised or bought off by the Republicans, and those politicians who know this too, should immediately prepare legislation to declare the current Administration as culpable and complicit in all the crimes committed by Trump in violation of the Constitutional Acts which empower that office, and declare J.D. Vance unfit to assume control, and initiate thereby a new national election, one that cannot be compromised by the Republicans, nor bought off by their deep-pockets, nor intimidated by the neo-Nazi crowd that follows Trump and cheers him on as he destroys a good nation.
It is time that the citizens of a great nation showed their politicians that they are NOT above the law and that their corrupt behavior will NOT be tolerated by the people they are meant to serve.
We must face the facts. Vance will make it even worse. It won’t stop when the mad king is dethroned.
Failure to do so, well, as the saying goes, “winter is coming - and with it, the night-king.”
